Comfortable Superior Room with great views. Spacious layout, perfect for working with a dedicated desk area. Loved the large bathroom featuring a separate shower and a tub. The breakfast spread impressed with fresh smoothies and made-to-order omelettes. Pool on the 14th floor provided stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere. Sauna facilities were decent, but didn’t get very hot. Only two elevators, which felt a bit cramped and slow. The air conditioning struggled on the first night, making it somewhat uncomfortable. Overall an enjoyable stay with fantastic food in the restaurant. Staff were helpful but could improve service consistency at breakfast.

My stay in a Superior Room was absolutely delightful! The room was impressively spacious, featuring a dedicated workspace which allowed me to conveniently catch up on some work. I can't get over the luxurious indoor pool and wellness center on the 14th floor, which offered stunning views while I relaxed and rejuvenated.

Service varied. friendly staff at dinner, but breakfast could improve. Consider bringing your own snacks as some menu choices are limited.

Family with children paradise

The pool was amazing! kids loved playing in the warm water and the ambiance was nice. The large bathroom with a separate toilet made it easy for our family to get ready, lot of space to move around.

It wasn't cheap, but we could live with the costs.

the swimming pool on the 14th floor has amazing views. the bed mattress didn't fit right.
